Update: New Probate Forms Continue to Roll Out

We quietly released another small set of new probate forms this week – applications, petitions, letters and orders for successor personal representative situations. With this set, we are also releasing new forms to deal with appointment of an original or successor personal representative who must operate under court-ordered restrictions.
