Another Week, Another Six Forms
With another week and a holiday under our belt, we continue our weekly release of new probate forms, with this week’s release of six new estate planning and administration forms. The new forms include:
- Affidavit of Domicile – Individual
- Affidavit of Domicile – Business Entity
- Irrevocable Stock Power
- Irrevocable Bond Power
- Affidavit for Collection of Personal Property
- Affidavit of Support of Search of Decedent Lessee’s Safe Deposit Box
We are nearing the end of the release of all 42 new forms, at which time we will put most of our energy into redesigning practicelaw, which is already well underway and has a launch date of mid-July. Unlike our new forms, you’ll have to wait a bit longer for the new practicelaw, but we’ll have a sneak peek hopefully by the end of June.
