Thursday, November 13, is the promised date for the mndocs release of the long-awaited Stipulated Judgment and Decree in a marital dissolution action. It’s been a long time coming and has been delayed frequently for a number of factors, including the lack of staff time and all of the complications that attend what is described as a “monster” document.

The original document, 66 pages in Microsoft Word format, has already been posted on practicelaw. The automated form for mndocs is now set to come out in a few days, and we’ll roll it out at the next mndocs training. Participants in that training will get a preview of the form and will also receive a free trial version of mndocs that will last through November.
